The Termination of Directorate General Decree No. 109 of 2024 Regarding the Establishment of Overseas Testing Laboratories for Telecommunications Equipment and/or Telecommunication Device Certification
In relation to expiration of Directorate General Decree No. 109 of 2024 regarding the designation of overseas testing laboratories for telecommunications equipment and/or devices certification on December 31, 2024.
Please be advised that any Test Reports (LHU) issued by overseas testing laboratories as of January 1, 2025, will no longer be valid for certification purposes until a new regulation re-establishes these laboratories.
As per Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 5 of 2024, Test Reports (LHU) issued before before January 1, 2025 can still be used for certification purposes up to 6 months from the issue date.

Sehubungan dengan berakhirnya Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Nomor 109 Tahun 2024 tentang Penetapan Balai Uji Luar Negeri untuk Keperluan Sertifikasi Alat Telekomunikasi dan/atau Perangkat Telekomunikasi pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024.
Harap diperhatikan bahwa Laporan Hasil Uji (LHU) yang diterbitkan oleh balai uji luar negeri per tanggal 1 Januari 2025 tidak lagi berlaku untuk tujuan sertifikasi hingga diterbitkannya peraturan baru yang akan menetapkan kembali aturan tentang balai uji tersebut.
Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 5 Tahun 2024, Laporan Hasil Uji (LHU) yang diterbitkan sebelum tanggal 1 Januari 2025 masih dapat digunakan untuk tujuan sertifikasi hingga 6 bulan sejak tanggal penerbitan.
