Decree of the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2025 Concerning Technical Standards for Free Space Optics Telecommunication Devices
The Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure hereby announces that the Decree of the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2025 concerning Technical Standards for Telecommunication Devices Free Space Optics for the purposes of Certification of Telecommunication Equipment and/or Telecommunication Equipment has been enacted and comes into effect as of May 18, 2025.
With the enacment of this new decree, the Decree of the Minister of Communication and Informatics Number 59 of 2022 regarding the same matter is revoked and declared no longer valid.
