The Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure hereby announces the enactment of Ministerial Decree No. 46 of 2025 issued by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs concerning the Radio Frequency Spectrum Allocation Based on Class Licensing and Technical Standards for Wireless Power Transmission, which officially came into effect on February 18, 2025. 

          With the enforcement of this new decree, the technical standards for Wireless Power Transmission previously regulated under Ministerial Decree No. 260 of 2024 on Technical Standards for Short Range Devices are hereby revoked and declared no longer valid.
